Jamie started her real estate career in 2003 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Upon working at several different local and national real estate firms, her strong leadership skills led her to the role she has today as Broker and Owner of her own full service Real Estate firm known as Ourso Real Estate Services, LLC. Having been in the real estate industry for over 15 years, she continues to grow her business based on trust, honesty and accountability. She has a strong work ethic and loyal commitment to serving her clients at the highest level possible by making them TOP priority in her life.
In a recent interview with N2 Publishing, we asked Jamie what are her strengths and what sets her apart from the competition. Her response, “Do the right thing. Always be honest. And go the extra mile. I’ve always strived to work hard and do things a little better than my competitors she adds. My clients feel like they can trust me and that is key in this business. I am not one to boast and I don’t need my face on a billboard, she laughs. I feel that my success and client’s satisfaction speaks for itself. I’ve been told many times that I don’t seem like the ‘typical’ real estate agent, I just smile and say…. I’m not!”
The real estate business has taught me a lot about people in general. Every client is different, every transaction is different and being able to guide them smoothly through the selling/buying process by achieving maximum results is self-rewarding. Today’s market is constantly changing and staying abreast of these changes and knowing the latest trends and upcoming developments is helpful to my client. It has been said that Realtors like to do a lot of talking and “selling.” I rather listen and deliver what my client wants and expects.
